72To have a perfect cup of coffee you need to create an experience by serving the coffee in the perfect coffee cup. More the ambience of the coffee cups, better the experience of the coffee .Hence the coffee cups needs the best finishing touch .There are varieties of coffee cups ranging from cappuccino cups to espresso cups.
Types of Coffee Cups
So here is the list of coffee cups available in the market today:
Luna Coffee Cups: This range has macchiato cups, espresso cups, double espresso cups and large, regular and small cappuccino cups. You can serve latte and cappuccino coffees in the same cups.
Broste Coffee Cups: This range is usually used for serving coffees at breakfast, brunch and tea time.
Porcelite Coffee Cups: This range offers cappuccino, espresso cups and latte mugs in larger size. These cups are mostly lightweight and hard .This is best to use in cafes.
Como Coffee Cups: These cups are thick-walled Italian cappuccino and espresso cups .They are available in continental sizes. These cups are usually espresso cups which have double thickness, due to which the heat of the coffee is retained.
Ena White Coffee Cups: This range offers two cappuccino cups, two latte mugs and espresso cups. You can reduce the coffee service to three or four sizes, depends upon the size of coffees to be served .It combines both the latte service and the cappuccino service.
Enrica White Coffee Cups: The sizes for this cup is ideal for continental styles .This cup is best for cappuccinos and espresso, it is tall and designed in a tulip shape.
Iseo Coffee cups: This range is very much similar to Enrica white coffee cups, the only advantage in Iseo coffee cup is that it has an extra 8oz cappuccino cup which gives total of three cappuccino cups and an espresso cup.
Enrica Black Coffee Cups: This size is best suitable for continental style cafés. The Enrica white and black are the same coffee cups the difference is only of the color black and white.
Carla Coffee Cups: It has contemporary, conical shape which is best for serving cappuccinos, espresso and lattes .This range has a combined effect of cappuccino, espresso cups and the stylish Italian design.
Focus Coffee cups: This cup features a delicate lined embossment. This range also has stylish cappuccino and espresso cups.
Malva rose Coffee Cups: These cups have wide range of macchiato cups, cappuccino cups, espresso cups and double espresso cups, which are cylindrical in shape.
Australian Fine China Coffee Cups: This range has light weighted cups and features cappuccino cups, espresso cups and latte mugs. These cups are very durable and are best to use in restaurants for coffee services.
Dispossable Coffee Cups
There are also varieties of coffee cups which are used as disposables. Types of disposable coffee cups used are:
Paper Coffee Cup: It is one of the most common types of disposable coffee cups used today and are least preferred among the coffee drinkers. The paper coffee cup is very thin and is difficult for the user to hold it due to the heat of the coffee and results in spills. These cups are very reasonable, convenient to carry around and are inexpensive brands of disposable coffee cups.
Stock Foam Coffee Cups: They are available in the market in two forms one are the plain ones and the other one is the print models. These are made of single wall and has a heat barrier .If you are looking for the durability of the disposable coffee cups then this is the best choice for you as it traps the heat effectively from the coffee, and the coffee stays warm and gives protection to the hands of the user .These single walled cups are the most flimsy type of cup.
Double and Triple Wall coffee Cups: These cups have the best durability and it is a particular type of coffee cups which are appealing .The double and triple coffee cups offer more insulation ,personal protection and convenient than any other disposable coffee cups. The only disadvantage with these cups is that if you wish to get your coffee cool a bit, it will take longer time because of the extra insulated cup.
There are various advantages and disadvantages of using these disposable coffee cups. The advantages are:
- These disposable cups are durable.
- It is convenient to use.
- They have a wide variety of styles and are available in different sizes.
- They are least expensive ones, it’s easy to carry in case of traveling and there is no need of washing them, when used can be thrown away.
The disadvantages of using these disposable coffee cups are:
- You can burn your hands easily, while using them.
- The temperature of the coffee in the cups varies quickly, it does not stay hot too long, the coffee gets cooled quickly and even accident spills to occur.
While choosing the coffee cups make sure to check the advantages and disadvantages of using it.

I love black coffee and I have some beautiful and classical coffee cups. But when I am out of town than I use Disposable Coffee Cups.

Hi Shawn, Believe it or not I used to be fascinated with coffee cup. I did have a nice collection of cups, but as life twist and turns took it course in my journey of moving from here to there some were broken, left behind, and I never started collecting again. This is a really nice article on coffee cups. Who would have thought of an excellent hub topic such as coffee cups. Thanks for sharing.
