Hello. I liked your hub very much. I work as a trancriptionest the last 10 years and what I have noticed is that young people is very difficult to do this work for the simple reason that they do not know grammar rules and spelling. To me, what you need mostly is spelling skills and a basic knowledge of what's going on in the world. For example if you hear an abbreviation you should know what's all about and how to write it.
